Jivika Healthcare interview questions

They found me through LinkedIn and claimed that my qualifications matched their job requirements. They asked me to share my resume and later scheduled an online interview. The interview lasted barely 15 minutes, during which basic questions were asked about me and my achievements. After the interview, they did not follow up with me. After several inquiries, they sent a message via WhatsApp stating that they were seeking someone with different skills and experience, and therefore I was not selected. I find this behavior highly unprofessional. They could have easily assessed my qualifications from my resume or before approaching me. They were the first to reach out to me on LinkedIn, request my resume to apply, and interview without delving into specific questions about my knowledge or work. It's disappointing that after this entire process, they realized I wasn't suitable for the role. This is a waste of people's valuable time.
