John Galt Solutions interview questions

Large red flag - they have discriminatory hiring processes. Before I even had my final interviews or were offered the job they asked for my W-2 for multiple years from my previous employers. I was taken aback and dropped out of the process since I felt that was highly unethical on top of illegal in some states.

Very unclear interview process. I had actually ignored the recruiter a couple of times and they insisted that I speak with them (we had a call scheduled and they ghosted me but then called me the next day, I ignored them and this is when they insisted that I speak with them). Anyways, I did and then had another interview with the person who’s spot I was going to take and then they told me that they weren’t quite ready to hire for the role right then but would let me know when they were? I never heard back from them again. Luckily I have a job now but it was all so unorganized and unprofessional. Surprised they have as many good reviews as they do.
