Interview
I had a positive experience with the interview at John Hancock. It was an hour long phone interview. I was asked some basic behavioural questions and knowledge about the company, as well as my familiarity with the field. It was not too formal but was not completely laid back either. The interviewers were nice and made me feel at ease.
The interview process was great. I heard back within 2 weeks. I went through 3 rounds. Very caring and supportive people. The questions were very straightforward and simple. Just be yourself and everything will work out.
2 back to back behavioral interviews were given, asking basic questions, nothing technical. the usual why would you work here, what do you do outside of school, et cetera. heard back a couple weeks after interviewing.
