I applied online. I interviewed at John Hancock (Brisbane) in Jan 2021
Interview
Normal questions asking typical questions that you would expect in an interview was two people in the top room and bottom room. Yes and then the went to the on top of the job offer.
Interview process is STAR-question oriented. Pretty basic. "Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses, previous employment history, why John Hancock?" I received an offer the next day and happily accepted.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at John Hancock (Portsmouth, NH) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very short and to the point, they asked questions regarding prior experience and situational examples. Really just felt like they were trying to see if I was presentable, able to carry conversations, and answers questions on the fly.
