Really positive interview process. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I Was asked about pricing insurance policy and about a topic in one of my classes. I was also asked to talk about past work experience.
Simple one-step 3:1 interview with the director and two senior associates. Conversational mixed in with one or two behavioural questions. Asked about coursework and goals for the future. Made feel very at ease.

Interview
I went through all three rounds of interviews and I didn't hear back! I thought they ghosted me, but then I got a generic email four months later saying they chose another candidate. The interviews themselves were fine and what I expected, but the absolute lack of follow-up for a final round candidate was very unprofessional.
