3 stage interview - online application, online testing/questionnaire followed by face-to-face interview. The one to one face-to-face interview lasted only around 15 minutes and consisted of group problem solving activities. We were also asked to compose an email to resolve a customer complaint which was then reviewed by the interview panel.
