Interview
It was a group interview. After researching I thought that more people would turn up, but there were only 4 of us. We were taken into a room where we were placed on two tables and did an icebreaker with the person we were sitting next to. We then had to go through 5 situations that would happen in the café and say how we would approach them, presenting this to the group. After this we were taken to 1 on 1 interview with the interviewers to discuss availability and why we wanted to work there, as well as a couple more situation-based questions.

Some normal questions and case studies about the situations that might meet and provide solutions and good attitudes.
Quite quick, very nice interviewer but had to wait quite a while. There were two people there and made me feel comfortable. It was my first interview 5hough so I don’t have anything to compare it to.

Interview consisted of a group assessment with role specific activities and questions followed by a 1 on 1 interview. The entire process was swift, taking no longer than an hour and a half from arrival to exit
