Online application form & questions, then group interview & tasks. Pretty simple, staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dress well and have some basic answers ready, you should be fine.
Pretty relaxed, dress smart to make a good impression. Just be yourself and you will end up doing well. Be as involved sa you can to shine in the group
It was a group interview, split into around 4 people per table, where we had a scenario and had to answer questions. It was a scenario relating to the store at the Christmas period.

We only did a group interview this time. 4-5 people per table, each with an assessor who will score your performance. Start with a self-introduction. and then case studies. We had 4 scenarios to talk about.
