John Paul Construction interview questions

The interview process was simple and consisted mostly of behavioural questions with a senior member of staff. It was just one interview over zoom. I heard back from a recruiter within around 2 days.

Initial reach out on Linkedin then an in person interview at Head Office. When the recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn, she arrnaged a call with me and she discussed the role and career prosepects in detail with me. She gave me time to think about it and got back in touch after a few weeks. There was no pressure on me. I felt it was handled very professionally. They arranged a site visit for the 2nd interview which was very impressive and professional.
