First two calls/interviews went great. Good energy, interesting questions, personable interviewers.
Questions in the final panel interview were somewhat vague/repetitive with mostly one person asking the questions, I found it hard to answer the same thing in different ways and/or to keep describing my general PM process and how I communicate with stakeholders because at some level, there is a standard answer here even after you put your twist on it.
One of the other team members finally asked some questions specific to my accomplishments in prior positions which helped to bring the energy up and allowed me to expand a bit more.
After a month and 3 interviews, they emailed me to let me know they went with another candidate and gave no specific feedback. I requested specific feedback and got no response to that or a follow-up email. While feedback isn't required, I find this to be extremely disrespectful to a candidates time and it makes me question what kind of an employer they would be to not even attempt to provide something.
