The interview process was straightforward but there were several red flags throughout. I’m unable to include details regarding many of my concerns - I’ll just say there is an opportunity for improved preparedness, professionalism, and organization. The main reason for my review is not receiving any follow-up communication after completing all three interview rounds – not even a thank you message.
