It was a phone interview, and the person who contacted me was very friendly and personable. We discussed what Epic is and the projects Hopkins is working on at integrating Epic and we discussed bringing me in for an aptitude test to see how I fare working with computers and the soft ware and the verbal communication section of the test.

The hiring manager explained the roles and responsibilities of the position I was applying for and made sure I had no further questions or concerns regarding the job. Some clarifying questions were asked to understand my background and my experience to determine my qualification for the position.
