I applied through JM website, providing with a resume and cover letter. They got in touch after few weeks, inviting for a group assessment. There was 6 candidates. We were given a presentation about the company and then told to get to know each other, after which each of us had to say something about other person. Then we were split into 2 groups and given a task to design and construct a tower from materials provided; the specifications for the tower were changed a couple of times while already constructing and the time got shortened - I believe to check how quickly we could adapt to customers' needs. Then we took a psychrometric test and were told that individual interviews would be conducted via Skype, but unfortunately it never happened. I've heard there were some cuts in the company so I assumed the position was no longer available.
