Interview
3 levels of interview - phone screen by talent recruiter, phone interview with hiring mgr., on-site interview with group of people. Interview questions were average, during the panel interview, each interviewer had a checklist of questions to ask while the others took notes. Went to lunch with the group for casual discussion then back for 1:1. Very professional and thorough. Actually enjoyed the interview process.

Describe how you turned around a difficult situation at the customer.
It was an interview based process with competency questions and a walkthrough of experience/ CV - straightforward if you know the work. Questions tended to be more complex than the actual job.

Interview
I had multiple interviews with senior managers that felt genuinely engaging rather than standard. While the first one focused on personality and experience, the second dived deep into my competence.
