I applied for this position online on Johson Matthey website. I was invited for an interview using Microsoft Teams. It took 90 minutes. I had technical and STAR questions questions.

Competency based interview, very structured. Answers must be in a STAR reply format. Usual competencies were asked (time, working under pressure, decision making etc). A lot of the competencies were outlined in the job spec. Also requested a short technical presentation.
