I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in May 2026
Interview
I was contacted about 2 weeks after submitting my application online. Spoke with the recruiter and she gave some good information and guidance on the process. The same day I received an email from the hiring manager to discuss the role but via phone instead of their standard Teams meeting. The phone call was about 45 minutes long, however, I was not asked much which leads me to believe this was a filler interview and they already had a candidate in mind. I followed up a week later and never heard anything. It’s was disappointing to be ghosted by a company like this.

Interview
It's alright, High metrics, it really depends on your manager and team. Everything is silo'd. Hard to progress. Constantly focused on building new platforms instead of fixing those they already have.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (East Brunswick, NJ) in Jan 2026
Interview
One phone screening, one interview with the hiring manger, a panel interview, and an interview with higher leadership. The process lasts at least 2 months, the reason is because they already have a pre-selected internal candidate. They will drag you along the whole process, only to let you know there was a strong internal candidate. J&J will prefer internal candidates over external, most roles have been already filled internally.
