I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Oct 2011
Interview
After being selected for an interview, via my school's career network, I went in for the single round, 1on1 (2on1 for my friends). It was pretty simple, almost all behavioral STAR type questions. Was pretty conversation based, and not too many "tell me about a time" questions. One technical question: you're the CFO and sales are declining b/c of a down economy. you can't fix sales, how do you improve the bottom line?
