I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied through university career site. Contacted by email and scheduled on campus interview. The first interview was 1 on 1 and lasted almost an hour and a half. Most questions revolved around leadership experience, typical behavioral questions, and my experience using technology. Did not hear back for more than a month which was frustrating. After receiving notice for a follow up interview, I was shocked and excited. However, this was the last time they communicated with me. I sent two follow up emails, one indicating I wanted to be further considered and then another after a week of no response. Very unprofessional and I was left with no answer as to why. Wasted my time creating a presentation that I was asked to present.

Two interveiws. The first was about an hour long with behavior questions. Two people intervewied me over the phone and were very nice and easy to talk to. Second round I had to make a 5 min presentation about myself and then there was another 45 min or so of behavior questions.
