The process took about 3 months with 6 different interviews from District Managers, Region Business Directors, etc. My interview was both virtual and in person each interview lasting at least one hour including Q&A.

it was longer than most interviews i have done with other firms in the industry. I would recommend that you take time preparing because the questions can be detail oriented and focus on different topics
Best way to get a link to the virtual interview is with a referral. Virtual interview is online & can be done on your own time. You get 3 attempts incase you mess up. pretty easy
