It's a phone interview with the HR. She would ask you some basic questions about your education and your work experience and your portfolio. Like why you leave your last job? What do you think you can bring to JKR's local market?

Interview
The interview was fairly simple and straightforward. We reviewed my work and talked about their past clients and working relationships. I spoke with several people on the team first someone in charge of hiring, then an account director and a creative director.

Question 1
They asked if I was comfortable speaking in front of a client as a leader. They also let me know that I would definitely be staffed on one project in particular and it appeared that they would want me to have lots of face time with this client.
