Jounce Therapeutics interview questions

The entire process from start to finish was disorganized and mismanaged. I was ghosted on two interviews, and two others were over an hour late when I had other meetings with my employer at the time. Communication with the recruiter was not very good, and several times I had to email to confirm dates/times and it took several days for the company to get back to me after rushing an initial response from me. I gave a summary on my current research, and apparently someone forgot to hit “mute” on the Zoom call, because there were some very audible rude comments. I maintained my composure and finished the presentation. At the wrap-up, I had already decided this was not a place I wanted to be and let the recruiter know what had happened. The recruiter’s chin dropped and I let it go at that.

The interview was a mixed experience. There were many behavioral and technical questions that were asked in a two and half-hour interview. There were 2 rounds. I was then interviewed by the whole team. Finally, I have received and offer within a week
