While applying for the position you get to add basic details about yourself & write an article, then on the 2nd assessment is video recorded and there is a time limit for each session, each session consists of logical reasoning and writing an article. Finally, the interview was conducted through a zoom meeting.

the interview process is quite easy for the fact, and all you need is some articulation skills and some of logical approach to a problem. so here's the catch, you never knew about your role until you finish your interview and you dont know which role you gonna end upto. they say its based on the performance. but being a fresher if you are intrested in digital marketing and do want to ignore content writing as a job then you can try this interview

the questions are purely about situation based questions to test your charracter and reaction to the situation. then some of the aptitude will be tested followed by GD, content writing that's all
essay writting follower by personality test(online),interview with hr and it was simple to answer and about the marketing. it went for 5 mins and 17 students were selected . The hr checked the english fluency and the knowledge about the company
