Our interview process for technical talents is a 2-step process. The first step is the general assessment of one's technical skills, for example, programing skills for software engineers or design skills for front-end engineers. The second step is in-situ technical skill assessment by asking a candidate to act as a customer first and use the Juji AI platform to solve a real-world challenge. Then the candidate will be asked to list the pros and cons of the platform and select an area that they think requires improvements. The candidate will then figure out a solution to improve it.
