Interview
I applied for two positions. I was interviewed for both at the same time. I had no issue with that. I met with Human Resources, and we had the interview on a Wednesday afternoon. My meeting with HR was great. They believed I'd be a good fit for the role and invited me to come back tomorrow for the career fair. I was told that I could meet upper management and have an interview with them. The person who interviewed me was looking for different skills than what HR stated. The interviewer also did not know who I was, even with my resume in their hand. They continuously asked me questions that were already answered on my resume. I drove two days and 60 miles in one direction for my time to be wasted.

Ask very thorough questions and scenarios looking for competencies. Ask what are your strengths weaknesses and what traits define you as a worker professionally and personally. Management really cares and wants to hear what your answers are! Not too stressful just cery long. Would recommend doing some practical questions online for interview prep!
