K1-MET interview questions

In-person interview was at times awkward due to social interactions and comments that were out of step. Committee seemed on autopilot. Direct superior for the role didn't get to speak much and was overruled on opinion and questioning often despite seeming engaged and willing to move conversation into a productive space.
