I was very excited about the opportunity and prepared thoroughly for my interviews—including coding and building a sample parser to demonstrate my technical skills. Unfortunately, the interview process turned out to be extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
First, I was given the wrong link for my scheduled interview and only notified of the issue at the last minute. I rescheduled for the following week, but that interview was abruptly canceled as well—on the morning (1 hour before) it was supposed to happen.
After investing significant time and effort, these repeated cancellations left me with the impression that the company does not respect candidates’ time or contributions. As a result, I decided to withdraw from the process entirely.
When a company informs you last minute that your interview is cancelled multiple times, that's a reflection of their culture.
