I applied online through Indeed.com, and KBMM emailed me within a day asking me to interview in Denver. I had read some previous glass door reviews and try to be optimistic about the company, but as soon as I walked into the office I definitely felt sketched-out. The office seems makeshift, the receptionist dodged questions, and I didn't see any employees around other than the receptionist. There were empty office rooms (not even desks were inside) and no employees around. It turns out the interview is a three-step process, which is normal but nobody informed me of this until I arrived at the office. Essentially, I made a pretty long commute to Denver just to sit through a 10 minute, very generic phase 1 of an interview. The company was also interviewing several people at once and was far behind schedule. I wouldn't recommend applying for this position, as it seems questionable and the office environment doesn't match the sleek professionalism of their website.
