arrange interview and come to office, waited for so long then replied PIC busy, finally start interview but asked a lot questions and expected a lot. Requested to have another interview with higher management, waited few days and come for interview, in charge not there again, no face interview, become call instead. Totally regret wasting my time. If the management so busy then just take whoever person don't waste other people's time travel down. No proper HR no proper management not even respect candidate.
