I initially had a call with a manager who just had a simple chat with me to make sure I’d be a good fit. He was very casual about it and hyped up the company a lot. Next I had a phone call with a developer on the team who asked about my experience and a few technical questions to make sure I knew my stuff, nothing too complicated. I was able to ask him questions to make sure the previous guy wasn’t blowing things out of proportion while hyping up the company. After that they were excited to invite me to the office for a technical interview and meet the team, but before we finalized the details they completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Even the recruiter who connected me with them was unable to get in touch with them again. Super sketchy.
