Very formulaic interview process, the job you think you are interviewing for doesn't really matter, it is their job to sell you on the job they need people for. Which is entry level sales associate. Second round is done by an account manager in the company, typically you are recruited to be on the team of whoever did you second round interview. Excitement is used to get you to buy into the position and the "opportunity" available. The job is face to face customer sales using the marketing systems they teach you. You will stand in a retail location and attempt to sell services to customers.
