Interview
There was a lounge that you will be ask to wait at. The interviewer will start by introducing themselves and they will try to make you comfortable first before starting the interview.
I was late for my interview because that building that I am searching is too large and there are I think at least 40 units in that one level. I called up the company to inform them that I was running late as I am not able to find their office unit (I think I really made the right choice, as it was already after office hour).
The interview will usually start with the question like "Do you know what job you are applying for?" and "Tell me what you know about our organisation" before they try to go into details on it. I think it's just to make sure that you understand what you're in for first.
The interview mainly focus on general questions on how you can handle project and management stuff. There are some technical questions, but it's just to see which level of proficiency that you are at.
