El proceso fue sencillo, hablando con las diferentes managers y directora del equipo sobre responsabilidades, conocimiento y expectativas. Al ser un rol inicial, se centraron en la experiencia de 2 años previa pero sobre todo en la posibilidad de aprender.

Emails with HR then interview arranged via zoom. Three managers asking questions on past responsibilities and studies. No technical questions, but a few about environment and standards in general. nice vibe from the managers
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, stating that my background would be a perfect match for the role. Following that, they sent an English proficiency exam. Although I am at an upper-intermediate level and completed the test, I haven't received a response since then.
