Interview
Did the application online, and done several tests. After passing the test, was invited to complete a 90-120 seconds audio assessment. And got to the final round, Launch Pad Day at Bristol. It is a whole day event, and include a group exercise in the morning, interview after lunch and written test at the end. The group exercise and 1-1 30 mins interview are both very enjoyable. The written test is the toughest one - was given a 10+ pages booklet, and have to go through all the information and come up with a 1-3 pages report and recommendations within one hour

Interview
The interview process resembled that of other companies, starting with an online application followed by an online assessment, which included timed video interview questions and an ability assessment (5 categories).

First, you need to complete Online Form. Here you fill in all of your details (such as Name, University, Diversity etc). Then you get asked to complete a virtual Assessment. The first one is ranking statements and performing data analytics. Then you complete another Virtual Assessment and then the assessment centre.
Assessment centre - a group task and a business interview with a partner. The group task content followed on from previous assessment rounds. The business interview was with a partner from the service line I'd chosen.
