I colloqui sono 3: uno con l'HR, uno con i manager della funzione a cui ti candidi e il terzo con il partner. In più verrà richiesto lo svoglimento di un test d'inglese (livello B1).

Tienen un proceso de selección muy polémico, largos test contables y en inglés, luego tres entrevistas con todo el jueguito de la videollamada, dura aproximadamente dos meses la búsqueda por lo que tranquilamente pueden entrevistar a cien personas para cubrir una simple posición analista, con míseros sueldos. Durante dos meses te dicen que estás preseleccionado y luego te envían un mail informándote que la búsqueda fue suspendida, juegan con las expectativas de la gente.

The interview process was pretty smooth , I was asked many behavioural questions such as why KPMG? , why not the other big 4 accounting firms?, How did you work in a team? What conflicts did you have at your work place?. Mostly strategy and behavioural questions not much technical. Basic accounting knowledge .
