Interview
I applied for an internship programme. It began with a group dymanic with the following parts:
- Each candidate would get a pen and draw a concept on a blackboard representing a given by the interviewer, then answer a classical HR question (why KPMG, what would you offer to the firm, etc.)
- Group dynamic: solve a complex puzzle. Every candidate has a few clues to solve it.
- Brainteaser (number of bank branches in a given city)
After the group dynamic I was called for a personal interview with the area partner.
It was an easy going conversation with a few questions about stadistics and basic finance.
1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

didnt get the job but overall process is good and smooth. HR and interviewers are nice to talk. Sadly didnt get the job at the end. My job interviewed was for new grad

En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
