I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (New Orleans, LA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied through on-campus interview program. Pre-interview dinner the night before with all candidates applying to KPMG. The dinner was mainly to get to know the interviewers for the following day. First interview was one on one and was conversational with no behavioral questions. Was e-mailed about a week and a half later for second interview. Second interview was office visit and was very brief (only 30 minutes with conversational questions again).
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Hong Kong) in Apr 2026
Interview
Online assessment with 5 test questions calculating percentages and returns and 5 behavorial questions asking what you would do under different situations and your experiences with challenges, teamwork and deadlines, have not heard from them since.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Back to Back interviews with tax partner and senior manager. Really conversational and extremely nice interviewers. Don't let your nerves consume you like I did, it's just a conversation. Be concise rather than rambling on. All behaviroul questions, how you work in a team and manage your time. I got rejected through the portal, i thought I would've gotten the offer but its fine.
Really good and gave a really good insight into what the experience would entail. Interviewer was really nice. Some of the questions they asked was general CV chat, why KPMG and why Tax
