First interview was 30 minutes with 2 managers and was a mix of behavioural & traditional interview questions as well as ice-breaker small-talk to get to know more about your personality, background, and goals and how it aligns with the firm. Second interview was two 30 minute back-to-back one-on-one interviews with a senior manager and a partner. YMMV but It was completely conversational for me where we ended up talking about hobbies and current events. This was followed by a casual lunch with two staff accountants. Overall it was pretty chill and it is more about you getting to know them rather than the other way around.
