Numerical reasoning test, Logical reasoning test, Verbal reasoning test, Telephone interview, Assessment centre, Final partner interview. Lots of information found online on wikijobs for past questions and tips. Glassdoor is good for salary expectations.
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
