I applied through my business school’s OCR system, and after getting to know some people at the firm, I was lucky to land an interview. The night before the interview, they invited the prospective interns to a dinner for the purpose of meeting them and getting to interact with them before the interview. Since I got to know a lot of the people that would be interviewing me, I felt pretty confident coming into it. The interview itself was very casual and probably the least nerve-racking interview I’ve had, which made it the most fun. I had two interviewers, and they both asked me their own questions. It all pretty much came down to them really trying to get to know who I am, and vice versa from my end as well. The big emphasis, at least in my opinion, was for you as an interviewee to be able to tell a story really well. Overall, great interview and recruiting process.
