Unfortunately I didn't get hired. I went through two rounds of interviews. The second recruiter that I spoke to ended up being over 15 minutes late to the interview (No reason was given....very unprofessional). After the interview she apologized for being late and then said that she would be willing to continue the interview next week. I called and emailed her a couple of times and then she finally responded with a day and time. After the interview the recruiter said that she would be in contact. She then went dark and didn't respond to any of my emails or phone calls. After almost a month and a half she responded and told me that the position had been filled by someone inside the firm. So basically they just moved someone that was already working for the company into the position. I wasted so much time preparing for the interviews when at the end of the day. I (and probably other external candidates) were interviewed more than likely to fill a quota.
If you apply for a job with this company be mindful of two things.
1. More than likely they already have an internal candidate in mind.
2. If your recruiter is late to the interview then more than likely you will not get the job.
