I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
The Launch pad (AC) was well designed. However, during the partner interview, I feel really uncomfortable as lots of pairs of candidate and assessor are put in the same room. Interviews go on all at the same time. It was noisy, therefore you can not hear what the assessor said clearly. The questions was fine, not super difficult but my ones was kind of technical for a graduate role, therefore a bit challenging. However, after I got rejected, I booked appointments several times to get feedback and got completely ignored twice!!!! They don't care that much about their candidates. Overall really bad experience.

First there is an online application, which leads to an online psychometric test, and then a video interview. After the video interview, there is a career launchpad, where there are group assessments and one on one interviews.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Sydney)
Interview
Application, psychometric tests and behavioural quizzes, online video interview followed by an invitation and then cancellation offer to interview in person at their assessment centre. Poor timing cause covid lockdowns started the week after I got invited to the assessment centre.
