In the office, I met with 3 other people (manager, senior manager, partner). The interviews in the office were much different than I expected. The were extremely nice which helped create a more relaxed atmosphere.

Pretty basic Pymetrics test with a bunch of games. There was one with balloons that you had to inflate by clicking until they popped after a random number of clicks. It was meant to judge your risk-taking mentality, and other games operated in a similar fashion.
