Question 1
Cash Flow Management case (brainstorming): how can firm return to positive cash flow in the next 6 months
Simple one stage interview, with usual introduction part and CV Presentation as well as some situative questions and a minor case about BPMN. Overall a easy interview and process.
No further preparation needed
It was 2 stages, with the first stage mainly self assessment with the interviewer and if you pass that stage you get to the 2nd stage which is a CV review stage with KPMG staff

Entretien au téléphone avec les ressources humaines puis, 40 minutes d'étude de cas et 20 minutes de questions de motivation. Pour l'étude de cas environ 20minutes de préparation et 15 minutes de présentation.
