Positive experience
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2020
Interview
Very tedious and difficult process. Case study was challenging but they gave great feedback. Competitive and they are looking for someone very specific. Overall, it was well run and organized.
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
