Applied online, a recruiter arranged an in-person interview. Hiring managers seemed nice. Received an offer by Friday, which expires on Monday. Benefits would cost around $3,000 per year to the employee. In addition, parking would cost $1,560 per year minimum to the employee (according to the recruiter). Salary was quite low. Offer was (1) significantly below the stated minimum salary that I was seeking; and (2) significantly below my market value for my skill set. I declined respectfully, based solely on the low salary. Interview process was smooth. Probably a good place to work.
