I completed four rounds of interviews with senior management, including a final round with CFO Mr. Vignesh. During this meeting, which lasted approximately one hour, the HR team was brought in and I was explicitly told, "You are on the team—please share your insights on HR department processes." Based on this, I shared detailed knowledge and experience in good faith.
After multiple follow-ups over the course of nearly a month, I was informed that my profile was not shortlisted.
My concern: Telling a candidate they've been selected, then using that meeting to extract professional expertise before ultimately rejecting them, is misleading and disrespectful of candidates' time and trust.
I'd encourage anyone considering this company to be cautious about their interview process.
