KUKDONG APPAREL AMERICA interview questions

Submitted online resume, coordinated in-person interview via email, met with dept manager and CFO/HR/owners daughter. Dept manager stepped out while salary was discussed. It was suggested later, to always ask for more than previous/current salary because company will offer 10% lower than that, promising more money after 3 months, only to later almost match what you said if that, finding petty reasons not to. Almost impossible to get an increase afterwards. So ask for what ur worth or would like right off.
