Kalfayan Merjanian interview questions

i had 4 rounds of interview with them, 1 phone interview, 1 at home coding challenge, 1 on site coding challenge, and 1 on site meeting with the team. i found coding challenges pretty easy and everything went smoothly during the interviews and meetings, but after the last one, they suddenly rejected my application and decided to look for a candidate with more experience in design and marketing area to tackle tasks at hand. however , requiring marketing and design experiences was not in the requirements for the job that they posted and they did't ask a single question about those during the meetings and challenges. all i can say is that i'm disappointed. i hope they can do better for next candidates.
