Applied by emailing an employee. Had a 30 minute phone screen, then was invited to corporate for second round interview with anyone who was available to interview (5 total). Found out the following day that I had received an offer.

Phone screen for 30 minutes, then proceeded to an on-site interview. On-site interview held with HR and senior partners. Several questions about origination methods and cold calling. Very fair process
