Kansas City Mavericks interview questions

I was asked to interview in-person 2 weeks after applying. I felt the interview went well and was told I'd be called back with the decision to hire me by the end of that day or first thing the following week. I never heard back, even after sending a follow up email. Incredibly unprofessional.
